If you can get past the blue and orange colour palette this is a really nice plug spinner.

When picking a lock you can often pick a lock in two directions either clockwise or counter clockwise.
But if you think of a standard front door lock you need to turn the lock in a set direction to open it.

The job of a plug spinner is to assist if you have picked a lock in the opposite direction that is needed to open the lock.
A plug spinner can spin a lock fast enough that the pins do not have time to set letting you spin it from the incorrect side to the correct side.

This version comes with 4 different tips and are held in place by a recesed magnetic tip.
